Cook lab members present, network, get inspired at annual Entomological Society of America meeting
Dr Cook, three undergraduate students, four PhD students, and one post-doc attended the annual Entomological Society of America meeting in Portland, Oregon November 8-12th. Grad students Justine, Kerrigan, Casey, and Rachael as well as post-doc Megha gave oral presentations and Jordan, Alyssa, and Nathan gave posters of their undergraduate research projects.
Justine Bich Lien Nguyen won the President’s Prize 1st place in the Graduate 10-Minute Presentation: PBT, Apiculture competition. This was her second year in a row winning first place in her graduate competition section and we are so proud of her!
Kerrigan Tobin won the President’s Prize 1st place in the Graduate 10-Minute Presentation: SysEB, Ecology competition.
